Notes and libraries
Your notes are files in a location you choose, such as a local folder or iCloud Drive. App indexes are stored locally and can be rebuilt from those files.
Privacy
Your words remain yours.
NoteRanger is designed around ordinary Markdown files and local-first processing. This notice describes the current product direction and will be updated before release if those details change.
Intelligence
Where intelligent features are offered, the preference is for Apple technologies that operate on your device. NoteRanger does not currently operate a cloud AI or note-sync service.
No tracking business
The app is not designed around advertising, behavioural profiles, or selling personal information. It does not require an AppRanger account.
Support email
If you contact support, your message and technical details you provide are processed to answer you. Automated tools may classify or summarise messages and prepare drafts; sensitive and escalated requests require human review.
Your choices and contact
You choose where notes live and whether to use iCloud Drive. You may ask about or request deletion of support correspondence by emailing privacy@appranger.dev. General help goes to support@noteranger.com.
